Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship. Each piece is created with care, intention, and close attention to detail in my studio.

Handmade Just for You

Each sign is handcrafted and made to order. Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, and color are part of what makes every piece unique. These natural characteristics are not considered defects. Production time typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks for smaller pieces and up to 8 weeks for larger or more complex pieces, depending on current studio volume. During peak seasons, timelines may be longer and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Custom Orders and Proof Approval

Each sign is created specifically for you. A 50% deposit is required to begin design and production. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started. Please review and approve your digital proof carefully prior to fabrication. Changes cannot be made once fabrication has begun. By submitting logos, artwork, or custom text, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those materials. Pumpkin & Pie Designs, LLC reserves the right to decline any request that may infringe on copyright or trademark protections.

Payment

The remaining balance plus shipping is due prior to shipment. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Installation and Mounting

Each sign includes a professional French cleat mounting system for secure wall installation. For best results, install directly into wall studs whenever possible, use appropriate wall anchors if studs are not available, and ensure your wall surface can safely support the weight of the sign. While mounting hardware is provided, proper installation is the customer's responsibility. Pumpkin & Pie Designs, LLC is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, unsuitable wall conditions, or modifications to the mounting system.

Shipping

Shipping is available within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination and are included in your final invoice. Once your order leaves the studio, shipping timelines are managed by the carrier. Pumpkin & Pie Designs, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays. If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and product.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is custom made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on my part. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out. I want you to feel confident and proud to display your piece.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Pumpkin & Pie Designs, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of its products.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
