Custom Work and Products 

All products are custom made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Return Policy, including production timelines, proof approvals, and payment requirements. Because each piece is handcrafted, natural variations in grain, texture, and color are to be expected and are part of the character of each piece.

Pricing and Payment 

Pricing is subject to change. Orders will be fulfilled at the price agreed upon at the time of booking. A deposit is required to begin custom work, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance. Pumpkin & Pie Designs, LLC is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped. Additional details regarding shipping can be found in the Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability
